I guess there is a typo in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Libexecdir :

--libexecdir=%{libexecdir}/%{name} should be --libexecdir=%{_libexecdir}/%{name}

Thanks for the report, I went ahead and just fixed the error.
