It would be useful for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Meson to mention that passing -Doption=value to %meson is the way to set the value of any configuration options a package may offer.

probably mentioning from where options can be taken and which values they can take would not hurt as well (meson_options.txt)...
