I'd like to reserve an unused uid/gid for activemq.
The activemq service is used by OpenShift for communication between the OpenShift broker and OpenShift nodes. One of the methods of scaling the service is to use shared storage for the data directory between activemq brokers (http://activemq.apache.org/replicated-message-store.html), so we would like a static allocation to more readily support this scaling use case.

I'm CC'ing ovasik to allocate you a UID (and GID if you need that as well).
Please follow the soft static guidelines to implement this in your package so that sysadmins can override the UID/GID if they need to:
