And this domain is invalid now.

Long story short, freestandards.org is now linuxfoundation.org. The main domain redirects, but bugs.freestandards.org, the bugzilla instance, does not. Fortunately, bugs.linuxfoundation.org was the right place to look, and it's the same instance, so the BZ# is the same. I fixed the link.

But spot is right, this should have been an infrastructure trac ticket, not FPC.
