#30 Bundled libs: FESCo request about exceptions

FESCo passed control over passing exceptions for bundled libraries back to us. As part of that they asked that we include the following escalation policy:

"If the rejection from FPC has some dissenting votes, it can be appealed to Fesco"

Need to decide if we're going to add this verbatim or ask fesco for something slightly different.


We accepted this responsibility at today's meeting. As part of that we updated the Standard Questions with the expectation that people asking for exceptions would fill those out:

The questions have been updated now so this can be announced. Announcement text:

The FPC has taken over evaluating exceptions to the Bundled Library Guidelines. A list of standard questions to be answered to give the FPC information on whether to grant exceptions has been added to the Guidelines:
