This is a request to grant a bundling exception for Rep``Sanpper.

RepSnapper includes libreprap. Libreprap upstream is dead and RepSnapper developers now maintain their own version. It's stays there as a library just because historic reasons, they have no intent to make this library useful for other projects and no other active projects use it.
