I'd like to start maintaining the rtirq package that was recently retired. As per the policy, I'm opening this ticket in order to seek a sponsor for this. The package doesn't appear to have any BZ entries, but it's old (the packaged version is from 2013) and the udev functionality doesn't work anymore.
I've updated the package to the current version and fixed the issues with udev in my Codeberg repo. The policy states that I should submit my changes as PRs, but… the package is old and already half-broken, so maybe it's better to opt for a full review instead. What do you guys (and girls, and nonbinary gender people) think?
Yes, I think a full review would be in order. :)
Can you submit it for (re)review?
