I am following the instructions at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Join_the_package_collection_maintainers?rd=PackageMaintainers/Join to obtain hosting space on fedorapeople in preparation for becoming a new pacakger (I don't yet have sponsorship) and submitting my first package for review.
I've sponsored you into a group which will give you fedorapeople space. Once the permissions propagate (should take at most an hour) you'll be able to set up your space as documented at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/fedorapeople.org
