I've been a RH rpm packager since 1997, Fedora package maintainer since FC1 and still actively maintain several packages, although the number is going down since I've become Fedora secondary arch maintainer for s390 and PPC a few years ago. There are a few people from IBM I'd like to sponsor to get involved more in the Fedora development. They are the upstream maintainers for certain s390 and PPC specific packages and they recently got permission from IBM to maintain their packages in Fedora.
