I would like to sponsor Felix Kolwa @fkolwa to the packager group. He wants to help me maintain some cloud related packages, including azure-cli, various Azure SDK packages, and Google Cloud Python SDK packages. I'd like to work with him on the pull request process here and add him as a co-maintainer on some of these as he improves his skills. We've been working one on one to get him up to speed on the package-related processes.

This reads like a request for someone to sponsor Felix as a co-maintainer, but since you are now a packager sponsor you should be able to do it yourself. Iām not aware of any requirement to file a ticket here before doing so.
Ah, thanks for that, @music. I kept searching for the process required to add him to the group. I thought someone needed to add him to the packager group first. š¤
"Someone" does need to add him to the packager group, but that "someone" can be you. :-) (Any sponsor can do it.)
I was confused on the actual mechanism. I read the docs where it says:
After that, go to https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/group/packager/, log in, then add the username in the 'add user' field located to the right of the top of the "Members" section, then press enter.
I didn't realize the members section was way, way, down at the very bottom. š¤¦š»āāļø
