Issue #521: Co-maintainer request for nikic - packager-sponsors

Hi,

@nikic has been very efficiently co-maintaining llvm for a month, please add him into packager group.

He's been doing most of the 13.0.1 release work, it would be great if he could do the whole process on his own now that he passed his baptism of fire

@sergesanspaille, since this is a co-maintainer request, do you agree to assume the usual responsibilities of a sponsor?
@tstellar, as the main admin for the llvm package, can you confirm that you want @nikic sponsored as a co-maintainer?
@nikic, can you please make sure that your RHBZ email address is configured to match the one on your actual Red Hat Bugzilla account at https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/nikic/ ?
