I am the current upstream developer and maintainer of the Gfal2 packages: gfal2 / gfal2-python / gfal2-util (Github: @mpatrascoiu). I would like to also take the packager role in the Fedora build system.
The current maintainer of these packages (Michal Simon, FAS: @simonm) has agreed to guide me in the packaging process.
Looking for a sponsor to allow me to join the packager group.
