Simon Steinbeiß (ochosi)[1] is an upstream developer for osbuild and osbuild-composer and I'd like him to co-maintain osbuild (I am the package owner) and osbuild-composer (I am the package admin) with me.
Can I get packager rights for him?

I have sponsored ochosi into the packager group. They may have to logout and back on to src.fedoraproject.org to show the group membership.
