I'm requesting packager group addition for a new co-maintainer for the package "kobo"[1] based on [2].
Rohan McGovern (rohanpm) [3] is willing to become a primary owner of the package.

Have them logout and login to src.fedoraproject.org again and it should sync their groups...
Are you still having problems getting the permissions set up?
