I am one of the package owners on the pulp* suite of packages. We are looking to add someone else on our team as a co-maintainer for the pulp packages to help him learn how to do so. Based on [0] it suggested I make a request here for his sponsorship.

I have sponsored them into the packager group, so they should be able to request acls now as normal.
