I'd like to become a sponsor. I have already been [https://fedorahosted.org/fesco/ticket/489 provenpackager] for almost two years and I often come into contact with new/aspiring Fedora contributors. I've done a few informal reviews for newcomers but I was unable to take it any further so I'd like this to change.
I'm mostly involved with Java SIG, and I am also one of developers of fedora-review tool.

OK, with 16 votes, I think nobody's going to complain if I skip the week of waiting and go ahead and do this. So I've gone ahead and done this.
Stanislav, welcome! You should now be able to add new users to the packager group. Please keep in mind that you will have no special access to their packages, so make sure that if you want to keep tabs on those you sponsor, you add yourself as a comaintainer for as long as you think is necessary.
Actually he does have special access to packages, not because of sponsordom, but by virtue of his provenpackagerdom.
