This is a request to add Victor Toso (victortoso) as a co-maintainer for the packages mingw-gstreamer-plugins-bad-free and mingw-gstreamer-plugins-good
I accept the responsibility of mentoring Victor with respect to the Fedora process and guidelines.
I have sponsored them into the packager group.
They should now be able to request acls for those packages.
