I would like to request that fedorapeople.org add my blog feed to Planet Fedora. My blog [1] is currently set up through sgallagh's fedoraproject account, but it has just moved to a new host [2], and I was hoping to have it directly syndicated through my own account.

This sure doesn't look like an initial package hosting request. Maybe file a ticket with the infrastructure team? https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/
I updated the entries in my fpeople space for you. I know this is not a perfect solution, but since you don't have an fpeople account, it's the path of least resistance.
I've added you to the fedorabugs group, so you should now have access to fedorapeople.

However, you will need to coordinate with sgallagh to remove the entry he added for you before can add your own.
