Hello guys,

I would like Shawn Wells (FAS = shawndwells) to become a co-maintainer of scap-security-guide package in Fedora (and soon it will be in EPEL-6 too).

Shawn has shown knowledge for RPM packaging requirements (has actually maintained scap-security-guide package upstream for a longer time outside of Fedora / EPEL).

For cases of uncertainty / doubt I would review his changes prior submitting them.

But I by myself don't have sponsorship privilege (to sponsor someone else), so
would be handy if some other sponsor could proxy the privilege here.
