#2 Go ahead and use tag2release in the atomic handler?

The atomic handler has a comment on lines 40-42 about how we could probably use tag2release.. but that it doesn't understand the rawhide tag.

However, looking at the implementation of the tag2release function, I think it does already do that. So, maybe we can just use it as is? Needs a second opinion.

It's not an issue with the rawhide tag, it's because PDC only knows about F24, and bodhi doesn't yet.
