On Modularity WG meetings we sometimes struggle with not enough Voting Members present during the meeting to have a quorum. As we do not want to block decisions for not having a quorum during the WG meetings, I would like to ask all the current Voting Members to give us a permission to go on with voting with the people present during the meeting even these might not be appointed as Voting Members.

I would like to ask Voting Members to provide their approvals or comment on this till the next Modularity WG meetings, planned on February 21st at 15:00UTC. On this meeting we will evaluate approvals and/or comments and hopefully we will make a final decision applying the Lazy Consensus.
