Sounds reasonable. The best thing to do would be to just take care of latest modules only: but since the tool takes whatever mbs-build local fetches, it's hard to know what's latest. I would definitely discuss our tool with @jkaluza -- for example add a command to mbs-build to purge local cache and just download latest rpms of selected set of modules.
