@till, I think it's not efficient to post all known issues into Release Notes, especially when those are discovered after the release. Will you agree that it requires extra effort, it's time consuming and information duplication? Will it be ok, if we add links [1] and [2] to the Known Issues, so one can see a list of all reported issues and see any update and progress on those?
DNF tracker BZ is updated with new DNF module issues by a reporter if they are aware of a tracker bz or by DNF team when they triage BZes.

@asamalik, once more: This issue is one more reason to give links on issue trackers and actually report issues there instead of writing them or some of them in Known Issues only.
