Updated daily run scripts
    
    * Cleaned up countme-update-rawdb.sh a good bit
    * Added countme-update-totals.sh for doing daily totals check/update
    
    I believe these are as feature-complete as I'd want them to be at this
    point. So assuming they work correctly, all that's left to do is figure
    out the paths, get these running daily, and decide where/how to push the
    results. Hooray!
