To answer some of the questions, we wish to have this survey open for around a couple of weeks. So, I propose the start date to be 1st October and the end date to be 14th October, unless there are changes to the schedule of the commblog post that this survey link would be shipped out with. Speaking of the commblog post in question, that can be found here https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/?p=11366&preview=1&_ppp=ff145134ab.
Let us call this survey "Fedora Websites and Apps Team Community-Wide Survey". The welcome message can be "We are a team of passionate individuals who help design, develop and maintain the websites and applications for Fedora Project. Please spare some minutes and help us understand what we have been doing great and how we can improve upon what we do." (How does this sound?)
Please let me know if there is anything else needed from my end :)

Hi folks- we discussed this in today's Mindshare Meeting. We saw it was in the team's meeting notes so in an effort to not let that get lost for future use, I moved it into a new hackmd under the W&A team space: https://hackmd.io/VhnJkQMdRm27OeUtsR4O-w?view
Overall the questions look ok, but we think it could use a bit of editing for the wording to be more clear.. It's also coming up quick! Let's see if we can make this happen in time :)
Hey folks,
I have made the suggested changes in @riecatnor's document (Thanks a bunch for creating it!) and reworded the questions that I felt should be explained in a better way. Please let me know if there are any more changes. We might miss the suggested timelines for the survey but it is fine, as long as we set it up to be open for a couple of weeks from any later date in the first week of October.
@t0xic0der I took another look and made some small changes to wording- I think it's good to go. @siddharthvipul1 would you be able to load this into LimeSurvey for us? Thanks!
Could you please share updates on this?
Do let us know if there's anything else needed from our end.
Hi! I just activated the survey and it is available here: https://fedoraproject.limequery.com/124494?newtest=Y&lang=en
I didn't set an expiry time on it as I wasn't sure if you wanted to stick to the initial two weeks but let me know and I can edit that! :)
Hi @ekidney,
Thanks for creating the survey!
Could you please track the review/publish request here[1] then you would get to know the publishing date of the post - and hence, would be able to set up the expiry date for the survey which would be two weeks from the date of publishing of the blog post.
