This is a proposal for the docs. Also, we need to complete the responsibilities section and check if we are fine with the text.

The main comments about the document are:

  • Give a defined duration of service (two cycles sounds good)
  • Two weeks for the nomination period.
  • Simple votation.
  • The volunteer/representative should be allowed to step down without explaining why.

The above ones require discussion in the meeting.

Hi! we reviewed the comments in the Mindshare Committee meeting and made the appropriate changes. This is ready to push out!
