#242 Add IRC, Matrix, discussion board admins to the list of social accounts
Closed: Duplicate 7 months ago by jflory7. Opened 3 years ago by bookwar.

The page https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Marketing_social_networks

doesn't have information about IRC, Matrix and discussion.fedoraproject.org, which means we

1) don't track the status, ownership and contact points for these services

2) lose the opportunity to promote official communication channels over unofficial ones

Please feel in the information on them in the table.

I agree this ticket is related to #138 because it is not yet clear about how social media changes are managed. However, I know @joseph has been working on a proposal together with the Marketing Team on a better way to handle and manage this. I propose we use #138 (and its future GitLab ticket) as the right place to move this forward. I am closing this issue as a duplicate.

Worth noting, I opened gitlab:fedora/mindshare/docs!1 which updates a lot of the social platforms that the Mindshare Committee itself uses, like Discourse, Matrix, and GitLab.
