Fedora 31 release party in Prague

It's a traditional release party we organize in Prague for an existing Fedora users and to attract new users.

Sorry. It got reimbursed fine https://pagure.io/fedora-budget/issue/162, I just lost track of this ticket. Feel free to close it.

We discussed the open tickets tagged needs event report during our Mindshare Committee Meeting in Nov. 4 2020. Based on the extraordinary circumstances of this year, and the length of time since the event took place, we are closing this ticket. Please consider writing a report for the event still, we would welcome it, and make sure to prioritize reporting for future events. Thanks!
