1. What is the event and why should Fedora do it?*
   FOSDEM is one of the biggest FLOSS conference in Europe. Fedora have had a presence there for years. Just continuinng the tradition.

4. Swag needs (and why)
   Exact amount/type of swag I would leave it on @bex (or the person who is submitting booth request to FOSDEM)
   reason: ~10,000 audience interested in FLOSS and technologies.
5. Budget needs (subject to the Advocate limit)
   We are not looking for any budget but we are waiting on approval for funding from other resources. We will comment on this ticket once we have an update.
