7. Swag Needed/Suggested: Since this is large and important event[1], I will be there for all three days manning the booth. Will need as much swag as is available. Due to difficulties with customs, part of the swag will be reserved/dedicated for F31 release party.

I also think that we can minimize some of the friction if receiving body is legal entity. For that purpose, we've got clearance from local hackerspace Tilda[2] to use them as a recepient.

Previously, we've had swag returned to sender as "there was no legal way of receiving advertising goods while not being legal entity". On the other hand, swag also shipped, even addressed to me or nmilosev personally... so, it's all about maximizing chances.
