Thanks @suprith4989 for creating ticket. Looks Good. +1
What will the funds be spent on? What is the plan for attracting attendees on such short notice?
We are planning for a Cake (approx 50 USD) and Snacks (approx 50 USD) for approx 40 to 50 attendees like last release parties.
For attracting the attendees, we plan to post on Social Media and mails to university-outreach lists: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/universityoutreach-pune Original plan was to do this in a college/university unlike last time but its Summer and its vacation time for colleges here in India.
We will be starting with mails today evening which I'm guessing is early enough for our meetup.

+1 for me too (even it is already approved)
Event Report: https://pravin-s.blogspot.com/2019/06/event-report-fedora-meetup-15th-june.html
you mention in the report, @pravins , that this is a regular meetup.
Can you share more information on this? I haven't heard about it before.
Presently cadence is 6 months more aligned with Fedora release. It is always release celebration + meetup. Should work with members to make it 3 months.
@pravins - AHH - I misread this as being a monthly meetup. Do you have an estimated ratio of professionals versus students? What about people in the office park where it was held versus those having to travel in?
For this meetup approx : 5 students Vs 15 professional. " What about people in the office park where it was held versus those having to travel in?" Can you rephrase it?
I was curious if the party drew a lot of people not from the area around the Red Hat office or if it was mostly people from the REd Hat office.
Majority from near Red Hat office. 6 People travelled from far.
Thank you.
