Currently, I am the owner / original creator of the fedora-mindshare Pagure group. This means I have full admin access and privilege to view private tickets to any repositories added to the group. Since I am no longer an elected member of Mindshare, it makes sense to transfer this to the FCAIC, so probably @bex.

I think this feature is on the Pagure roadmap (cc: @pingou), but I think it will need a manual database change if this will be completed in the short-term. Someone could interface with Fedora Infra to make this possible.
