#128 Funding request: F30 release parties in Brno and Prague (June 2019)

I'd like to ask for funding of two release parties in the Czech Republic:

Event Date: Prague (May 27th), Brno (the following week, exact date not set yet)
Event Location: Prague (Etnetera offices), Brno (Red Hat Czech offices)

Budget
$150 for each. Everything for the Brno one will go to refreshment. The budget for Prague one will also cover travel and accommodation costs for speakers coming from Brno.
Target Audience: primarily our existing users, but we always try to make it more inclusive and interesting even for people who don't use Fedora (yet).
