Build a fedmsg tracker to determine if we are seeing ongoing participation after the programs end. It would be good to see how the investment in these programs keeps on returning.

@rwright @bt0dotninja Check out this old issue in the Fedora Mentored Projects issue tracker. A few years have passed since this original request, but if we had a limited list of FAS usernames, it would be very interesting to answer the questions that @bex described here.
