Make KDE Apps available as Flatpaks built from the Fedora.
Most KDE Apps are currently available in Fedora as RPM packages. However, this makes it not practical to use them on rpm-ostree based variants such as Fedora Silverblue and Fedora Kinoite where installing RPM packages is discouraged and Flatpaks are recommended.
Thus, this project would be about making KDE Apps available as Flatpaks in Fedora.
We now also have most KDE Apps packaged as Flatpaks on Flathub so no major issues should come up on this front.
