Update install profiles with SELinux policy package
    
    memcached-selinux is a new subpackage of memcached introduced
    in version 1.5.9.
    
    Policy files originate from selinux-policy repository
    git@github.com:fedora-selinux/selinux-policy.git commit
    f2a4661a115de8460b677aac4265446cdbd9ee64
    
    spec file and makefile based on
    https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SELinux/IndependentPolicy
    
    "container" install profile is to be used when the module is installed
    inside a container (therefore the SELinux policy would have no effect)
