clogd: Additional fixes for bug 464550 + improved debugging
    
    Needed to reset the 'recoverer' when the mirror log
    server was suspending.  Otherwise, sync work could stop.
    
    Also added signal triggered debugging output.  This gives the
    testing folks an easy way to get useful information when a bug
    is hit.
