Not sure about this, but - looking at https://pagure.io/libaio/c/8a71c9c7bdccb9dd5772d98e83c8c35a7771bb00?branch=master - shouldn't there be a tag and or released file for 0.3.112?
+1, it looks like others have done their own release packaging (e.g. http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/liba/libaio/libaio_0.3.112.orig.tar.xz). I would much prefer using an official release from this project.
