Bug description: the InstScriptsEnabled argument is reused for the next instance setups and it affects script directory creation.

Step to reproduce:
[1] Exute tests in this order:
py.test -s -v dirsrvtests/tests/suites/setup_ds/setup_ds_test.py dirsrvtests/tests/tickets/ticket47462_test.py
