    OvmfPkg/PciHostBridgeLibScan: clean up file names and file-top comments
    
    Rename "XenSupport.c" to "ScanForRootBridges.c", after the main function
    in it.
    
    Update the file-top comments; refer to both Bhyve and Xen.
