A kubectl plugin that allow koji admins to run koji commands from kubectl, for example kubectl koji....

There are some benefits with this approach:

• Koji access info are kept/abstracted in the kubrnetes cluster
• No need to have local Koji configuration/cli
• Koji admin users have a 1:1 relationship with service accounts

What we need:

• A sidecar container for Koji-Hub deployments with koji and configuration files
• A kubectl plugin: https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/extend-kubectl/kubectl-plugins/
• The sidecar container may need to handle extra auth logic between kuberntes and koji.

Several issues may follow from this one for the actual development work.
