Add fedora messaging support for ResultsDB.

  • An optional parameter to load certificates from (kubernetes secret) to mounted as a volume;
  • Create a fedora-messaging configmap to be mounted in the pod, the configmap should have the minimum configuration needed to publish messages to fedora messaging;
  • Add a parameter for both "stg" and "prod" fedora-messaging environments.
