mod_auth_gssapi already defaults "GssapiSSLonly" to "Off", and in fact this is not something we want to recommend to users.

See mod_auth_gssapi's README doc regarding GssapiSSLonly for more information.

I was planning to add "SSLRequireSSL" to this section instead, but that is technically a behavior change, so we can do that in a separate PR. This "GssapiSSLonly" removal does not change behavior.

I've opened #2163 to track removing GssapiSSLonly and adding SSLRequireSSL.
