Sometimes users prefer to rebuild repos manually in given time. So, option for blacklisting tags in kojira would be useful
Easy enough to implement, but this seems a little questionable. Is it harmful for kojira to update these repos, or are we just trying to reduce the load on kojira?
Both of these. @ralph can you comment on problems you've hit?
For example, the MBS creates its own tags/targets and regens the repos whenever it needs to. kojira also regen'ing the repo is unnecessary, wastes resources, and in some cases can cause errors (race conditions between regens confusing the MBS).
@ralph What is level of priority for this? We are wrapping up Koji 1.15 release and are wondering if this needs to be included.
