#366 cli's use of new all_volumes opt breaks on older hubs

It's common to use the koji cli with multiple hubs, and sometimes one or more of those hubs might not be current.

There are four places where cli calls session.listTaskOutput with an all_volumes named arg. Each will cause an error if the hub does not support the arg.

Guys, any chance to backport this into koji-1.12.0-2.fc25.noarch ? This does not work with our old instance.
