Currently, kojid forces mock to disable network when building packages, and only enable them when building live images or building packages from SCM.
I know this is for reproducibility, but I think it would be nice to sacrifice reproducibility sometimes by having an extra tag option that will enable network for all builds.
I also wouldn't mind having this option available on a per-tag basis. There are some cases where it'd be better to be able trade reproducibility for maintainability and user satisfaction.
It would make sense to me to have some system-wide option to allow this (e.g. mock_allow_rpmbuild_networking_override=boolat hub.conf), so one can be sure that it is wholy reproducible environment if set to False. If this is set to True then tags can define extra mock.rpmbuild_networking=bool. Both would be False by default. @mikem?
