When I tried to find the module builds in koji web, its throwing me an error

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://koji.fedoraproject.org/
  2. Search for a tag (for example, f33-modular)
  3. Click on the builds to list all the builds that are tagged into f33-modular tag
  4. Click on any build in there and it will throw an error.

For ex: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1595356

This makes it harder to find the modulemd files associated to that build.

The error is:

Error
An error has occurred while processing your request.
ValueError: unconverted data remains: +00:00
