#1844 WebUI returns an error on Users tab

Following error is shown on tab Users instead of list of users:

An error has occurred on the main server. This could be a software bug, a server configuration issue, or possibly something else.
koji.GenericError: multiple rows returned for a single row query
Full tracebacks disabled
