Looks like this is a known issue on upstream for AMD hardware
How to reproduce: 1. Install kernel-xanmod-exptl >= 5.14.0-xm1.0e20210902 2. Reboot

Users are advised to migrate to another kernel (the latest known good one (e.g. <=5.13.13 builds) or another kernel-xanmod variant such as kernel-xanmod-edge) for the time being until the issue gets solved.
