This project does not contain an empty README file.

Should we use as README file the documentation.txt file that is already in the repo?

That was my assumption. FWIW, as part of PR#21 to move to python3, I also re-structured documentation.txt as Markdown.

I suppose we could rename it to README.md if that makes people happier.
